2. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated with an external hosting provider. When the site is accessed, the provider automatically processes technical access data in what are known as server log files:

IP address of the requesting device, date and time of access, the file retrieved, the referrer URL, and the browser and operating system used.

Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse am sicheren und stabilen Betrieb der Website). Diese Daten werden in der Regel nach kurzer Zeit gelöscht. Hosting-Anbieter ist die Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, mit der ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag besteht.

3. Contacting us via the enquiry form

When you submit one of the forms on this website, the details you enter (e.g. name, contact details, location, property type, service required, timing and your message) are transmitted to our hosting provider Netlify, stored there, and additionally delivered to us by email to info@mediadrift.org and mr@vivacasa-mallorca.es.

The provider is Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Netlify processes the data as our processor under a data processing agreement. This may involve a transfer to the USA, which is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We process this data solely in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to or performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry). The data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Cookies and web analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services. No audience measurement and no profiling take place.

5. Fonts

The fonts used are served locally from our own server (self-hosted). No data is therefore transmitted to external font providers when the site is accessed.

6. Social networks (Instagram, TikTok)

In the footer you will find links to our profiles on Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and TikTok (TikTok Technology Ltd.). These are plain links; only when you actively click them are you forwarded to the respective service, where data may be processed – including outside the EU. The privacy terms of the respective provider apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

8. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
