Most damage to a holiday property does not happen suddenly — it happens unnoticed. A leaking joint, a blocked drain, damp behind a wall: if you visit every few months, you see the result, not the beginning. That is what regular property care is for.

Acting before it gets expensive
Small things we deal with straight away. For anything larger we contact you first and agree what should be done.
Ready when you arrive
On request we prepare the house before you arrive: airing, water on, pool checked, outdoor areas tidied.
How often we check depends on the property and its location. For a finca inland, once a month is often enough; near the coast, with salt air and vigorous growth, shorter intervals make sense.
