Patching, painting, renewing silicone joints. Jobs too small on their own to bring in a tradesman for.
Coordination when it gets bigger
If an electrician or plumber is needed, we arrange the appointment and are there when they come.
Much of this we handle as part of ongoing property care. For one-off jobs without a care agreement, we tell you the cost beforehand.
