Checking equipment, not repairing it
Pump, filter and running times are checked. The filter is backwashed when it needs it, not by the calendar.
Cleaning the basin and the edge
Floor, walls, waterline and skimmer baskets. Leaves and blossom are removed before they sink and leave stains.
A report after every visit
You learn what condition the pool was in and what was done.
In high season a weekly visit is usual; outside it, every two weeks is generally enough. After storms we call by additionally on request — heavy rain and Sahara dust upset any water chemistry.
