Who is behind it

You are not handing your house to a company. You are handing it to people.

Vivacasa Mallorca has existed since 2021. Behind the name is Matthias Radke, who runs the business from Sineu — in the middle of the island, within reasonable reach of both coasts.

When you call, you speak to someone who knows your property. If we find something, we get in touch personally — not through a ticket system. For tiling and natural stone work we bring in a German master tiler rather than doing it on the side.
